Ultratrans Plus is a high-performance transfer for demanding industrial use and vivid, detailed full-colour designs. It is solvent-free, flame retardant on inherently FR fabrics, and industrial wash resistant up to 90°C.

Ideal for designs with photographic images, gradients, shadows and embroidery-like effects.

Designed for garments that require lasting performance and industrial wash resistance up to 90°C.
Also available as Duotrans Plus, a hybrid solution that combines digital and screen printing, enabling neon and metallic colours alongside full-colour designs.

Ultratrans Plus is available in two flame-retardant versions.
Standard FR is intended for inherently flame-retardant fabrics, such as modacrylic and aramid blends. FR Plus is required for FR-treated or FR-coated fabrics with a surface treatment. This certified FR Plus coating meets EN ISO 11611, EN ISO 11612, EN ISO 13688 and EN ISO 14116.

We strongly recommend testing the fabric–transfer combination in advance. This can be carried out free of charge in our laboratory.

Ultratrans Pus FR+
Temperature: 170°C | Pressing time: 18 sec. | Pressure: 6 bar

Temperature: 190°C | Pressing time: 16 sec. | Pressure: 6 bar
Note: pressure should be adjusted according to heat press type and platen size.
Carrier removal: hot or cold peel
